Apparel Care: All apparel can be washed on a regular cycle with like colors. You may hang to dry or use a dryer, but hanging to dry will help your apparel last much longer. Please avoid bleach to keep your items looking their best.
Shipping Policy: All orders are handmade with care, so please allow a standard processing window before your item ships. Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive tracking information. Shipping times vary by carrier, and delays can happen, but I’ll always help however I can if something seems off with your delivery.
Exchange Policy: I do not offer refunds, but I do accept exchanges when possible. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned within a short window. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and I’ll work with you to get the right size or product in your hands.
Order Cancellation Policy: Because each item is made to order, cancellations are only accepted within a short timeframe after purchase. Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled, but I’ll always do my best to help if something unexpected comes up.
Custom Order Policy: Custom pieces are created exactly to your specifications, so they cannot be canceled or refunded once production starts. Please double‑check spelling, colors, and sizes before submitting. If there’s ever an issue with the finished product, I’ll make it right and find a solution that works for you.
